僑城一號以第一高度260米，成為華僑城北最高的建筑，盡享無遮擋開闊視野。照明設計依托原有地勢高度差，以“人文、自然、現代、交流”為設計理念，融合華僑城原有人文自然基因和城市生活美學，以建筑的站立，完善深圳從東至西的天際線格局。

With the first height of 260 meters, Overseas Chinese City No.1 has become the tallest building in the north of Overseas Chinese City, enjoying an open view. Relying on the original terrain elevation difference, the project takes "humanities, nature, modernity and communication" as the design concept, integrates the original humanities and nature genes of OCT and the aesthetics of urban life, and reshapes the sky pattern with the peak.
